1. The Service
ListLoco is an API/SaaS that localizes product listings into multiple languages for small and mid-sized e-commerce sellers. It applies marketplace rule templates, enforces consistent terminology from your customer glossary, and runs a deterministic quality gate (title character limits, banned words, required attributes, preservation of numbers / model numbers / units, and back-translation drift detection). The scope of the Service, supported marketplaces, and supported languages may change without prior notice.
2. Pricing and Billing
Fees follow the plans described on our landing page and API documentation (Free tier, Starter, Growth, Scale, pay-as-you-go, and so on). All prices are shown in US dollars. Paid plans are billed on the billing cycle defined at sign-up, and usage beyond the included allowance may be charged at the applicable per-listing overage rate.
- Applicable taxes may be added to the listed prices.
- Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe), whose own terms also apply.
- As a rule, fees already incurred are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- Prices and plan contents may change with prior notice.
3. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Service, you must not:
- Violate any applicable law or public policy.
- Create or publish content that violates the rules or policies of any marketplace.
- Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
- Generate or publish false or misleading product information.
- Attempt unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the Service, or place an excessive load on it.
- Resell or repurpose the Service to offer a comparable competing service (unless separately authorized).
4. Limitation of Liability
The quality gate provided by the Service is a mechanical, deterministic verification aid; it does not guarantee the final accuracy, legality, or marketplace compliance of any output. We strongly recommend that you always preview and review output before publishing. Responsibility for the final decision to publish or list, and for the consequences thereof, rests with the User.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or freedom from errors or interruptions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Where liability is nonetheless established, our total liability is capped at the amount you paid during the most recent billing cycle in which the relevant event occurred.
5. Data Handling
Submitted listings are used temporarily for processing only and are not retained after processing is complete. User assets such as glossaries are stored only to the minimum extent necessary to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms as needed. Revised Terms take effect when posted on this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice.
