1. Handling of Input Listings
Product listings (titles, descriptions, attributes, and so on) sent to the Service via the API/CLI are used only temporarily for localization and quality-gate processing. We do not permanently store this input after processing is complete. Results are returned in the response; we do not retain, accumulate, or otherwise reuse your input.
2. Minimal Storage of Customer Assets (Glossaries, etc.)
Assets that you explicitly register for repeated use, such as glossaries, are stored only to the minimum extent necessary to provide the Service. They are used solely to serve that user and are never provided or sold to third parties without your consent. You may request deletion of any assets you have registered.
3. Account and Billing Information
We may retain information needed to operate your account (such as your email address and usage metrics). Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider (such as Stripe), which handles payment details such as credit card numbers. The Service never stores card numbers themselves.
4. Privacy-First Analytics (Cookieless)
To understand aggregate page performance and visit counts, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused measurement tool. It is cookieless, does not collect personally identifiable information, does not fingerprint visitors, and is not used for cross-site tracking or advertising. We do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics beyond this privacy-first measurement.
The measurement is delivered by a lightweight JavaScript beacon script embedded in each page of this site. The beacon does not set cookies, does not collect IP addresses or other personal identifiers, and does not enable cross-site tracking. It reports only aggregate, anonymized metrics such as page view counts.
5. Logs and Security
To keep the Service stable, prevent abuse, and respond to incidents, we may retain minimal operational logs (technical information such as request counts and errors). These are not used to permanently store the body of input listings. Data is handled under reasonable security safeguards.
6. Disclosure to Third Parties
Except where required by law or where you have given consent, we do not provide your data to third parties. Subcontractors needed to deliver the Service (such as payment and infrastructure providers) are permitted to handle only the data necessary for that purpose.
7. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be revised as needed. Any changes take effect when posted on this page.
